Colored the image with Copic markers 

fussy cut and mounted on 3D pop dots 

die cut couple of  large snowflakes, mounted together & place a bling
used gold tinsel behind the snowflake 

dry emboss the background as well 

stamped the sentiment

she is so cute a adorable.. just love her .

as I have create a clean and simple card

Printed the image. Colored in with Copic Markers using BG shades 

tried my best to get a very clean coloring ... and clean look .. 

Papers are from my stash .. .Kaiser Craft 

used some white lace .. ribbon and few flowers .. 

place Nuvo drops ... pink and teal

I have used few layers on this Tag ... 

Different techniques have been used ... 

distress the background .. used nuvo drops 

shimmer black inks 

given two different dimension on the tag  

added so chipboards

corner edges and much more 

I love the whole effect ... 

here is the side view 

added the "Birthday" chipboard .. by Make it Crafty 

used a simple white twine 

edge have been distressed and inked 

i have used quite some black on this tag ... so the 

image can pop out

Edges have been distress and inked 

added few layers 

my card size is 14 cm x 14cm 

added in white paper doily & white cotton laces 

to add the dimension & effects 

fussy cut the sentiment & mounted on with few paper roses 

punched out red hearts 

paper pad from my stash - think its prima 

I am quite happy with the result ...
